Stewart's ok Mary, still awaiting the results of his MRI scans - they're probably still looking for his Enchondroma! Blink Sorry if I've been distracting him from the Forum lately! I'll let him know you're asking. Hope things are reasonably ok with you?

Was eating Bara Brith yesterday and thought of you- Alice had a friend to stay whilst her mother went on holiday to Pembrokeshire. Nice cake!

Try it toasted with some brown sugar sprinkled on the top. That's what we used to do when I was a kid. Or better still when it goes stale use it to make a bread and butter pudding.

I've had an e-mail from Stewart and he's fine, his hip is a bit better.
He's busy on other forums to do with cars I think!RollEyes

We do miss you on here though Stewart!
Would be good to see you back.

Hi Ladies!

I've told Stewart you're all missing him like crazy. He'll be in touch, but yes, cars and family life are taking precedent.

He phones me every day and still manages to make me laugh. I've not met anyone else with a sense of humour quite like it! Joking apart, he's a really genuine person that anyone could talk to about anything - no wonder he's so popular on here!

Well, thank you ladies for your kind words! I have been in touch with some of you by phone/email. For anybody else who's remotely interested I'm very well thank you. I've had my MRI but still haven't had a result. From that I take it, I must be supremely healthy!! Apparently I'm growing a translucent lump on the neck of my thigh bone.....something like a third testicle!! That's all I need!!
Anyway, I will be dipping in and out....as is my way!! I hope that everybody is doing well ! Razz

Take care.

No, that was the year before! Last year I fractured three ribs! I see you're not keeping abreast of my medical history!
